ABOUT US
Kiwi Services began operations in
April of 1993. The home office is located on the Gulf Coast in
beautiful Corpus Christi, Texas. At first, the company serviced
vending machines and video games. Then, having a P.C. since 1984,
we went on to build and upgrade personal computers. In 1999, Kiwi
Services began designing Web pages and put this site on-line, to let
people know about our services.
SERVICE CHARGES
Feel free to contact us, about any
services you may be interested in. We will be glad to email you a
FREE ESTIMATE. For payments,
at this time, we can accept only cashier's checks or money orders.
HARDWARE SERVICE
Charges for UPGRADING are based on
$40 per hour, plus parts. Only 1 or 2 hours are needed for most
upgrades. Price and availability of computer parts vary day by
day. For a NEW, state-of-the-art computer, the options
you choose will determine the final price. Half of the total
price must be paid before any
work begins. All machines come with our free 6 month parts and
labor
warranty. A 2 year warranty is available.
WEB PAGE DESIGN
Creating a Web page yourself would involve
much time and expense, to buy and learn software programs and other
detailed knowledge for the task. Save yourself the trouble by
letting Kiwi
Services do the work for you.
The price of a Web Page is just
$75 for a one page site. Only $40 for each additional full page
your
site needs or $20 for half page overruns. Payment is due when it
is finished and you approve and accept your Web site design.
Charges
are determined by printing out the Web site and counting the number of
full and half pages that are produced, into a combined total.

In Netscape click Edit, at top
of the
Tool Bar, choose Preferences and under Category click Navigator.
In
the Home Page section you will see a Location bar. Delete what is
there
and type in the following, http://www.kiwiservices.net/
, now each time you open your browser to surf the Web, this site will
open first.
For Internet Explorer, go up to
the Tools menu. Choose Internet Options and click the General
Tab. In the Home Page area, delete what is in the Address bar and
type in the green lettered address listed in the paragraph above.
